You must submit valid government-issued photo identification and proof of address before your first withdrawal. zggwin reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
Each individual may hold only one registered Account on zggwin. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any funds held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited. If you have forgotten your login credentials, please use the account recovery function rather than creating a new account.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. zggwin will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify zggwin immediately via our 24/7 live chat support. zggwin will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your Account pending investigation.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. zggwin will notify you by email before applying any dormancy administration fee. Dormant account balances will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR's unclaimed funds guidelines.
zggwin accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:
Prohibited payment methods: zggwin does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) or credit card deposits for gambling transactions, in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.
All transactions on zggwin are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within five (5) minutes, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including Philippine public holidays. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within sixty (60) minutes during banking hours. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. zggwin reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. zggwin may request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing a withdrawal.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by zggwin are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms. These terms will be clearly stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
zggwin employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. Any Player found to be abusing bonuses will have their Account suspended and all bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited.
zggwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's Account prior to the modification.
All games on the zggwin Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by previous results, bet sizes, or any other external factor.
In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, zggwin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. zggwin's decision in such matters is final.
If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify zggwin within 72 hours of the disputed event via live chat. zggwin will investigate and provide a resolution within 14 business days. All game logs are retained and may be used as evidence in dispute resolution.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zggwin Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, zggwin shall not be liable for:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit zggwin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
zggwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by PAGCOR or any other Philippine regulatory authority. Upon termination for cause, any balance remaining in your Account may be forfeited. Upon termination without cause, your verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
zggwin reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to zggwin's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts or, where applicable, to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism.
You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from your use of zggwin must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arose, or be permanently barred.
